Ross Blankenship holds a PhD in consulting psychology and has extensive experience in executive coaching, leadership assessment, and organizational development. His professional journey includes roles where he has honed his skills in helping leaders and teams navigate complex challenges and drive performance improvements.
Ross combines elements of positive psychology with a focus on behavioral change to help his clients achieve their goals. He believes in the power of self-awareness and personal growth, and his approach is tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual. Ross is passionate about empowering leaders to unlock their full potential and make meaningful impacts within their organizations.
Ross is the author of Everyday Leadership: A Guide to Developing Your Mindset as a Leader, and holds a BA in English Language and Literature from the University of Virginia and an MA and PhD in Consulting Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology. He is certified in Hogan Assessments, MBTI, and 360 Assessments, and is also an MRG certified professional in the IDI and the LEA suite. Ross lives in Birmingham, AL with his wife, two daughters, and two dogs.
