Melissa Scheinfeld
Melissa is an insightful and intuitive executive coach who helps senior leaders leverage their inherent creativity to overcome obstacles. Melissa developed expertise in change management, leadership development, and high-performance people management through ten years leading human capital work in national K-12 school networks. A graduate of Brown University, Melissa is a former classroom teacher with a master’s in executive public leadership from the LBJ School at the University of Texas and a Leadership and Performance Coaching Certification from Brown University's School of Professional Studies.
Melissa has expertise with focus groups, design-thinking sessions for leaders, pilot groups, core values revision, executive team alignment, and coaching managers to identify and retain their top talent. Her coaching portfolio includes C-suite Leaders, Executive Directors, Vice Presidents, and Owner/Entrepreneurs.
Melissa is also a ceramic artist with a personal studio and is an avid runner. She lives in Austin, TX with her husband and two young kids.
