Lucia brings 15 years of experience coaching and partnering with leaders, founders, and their leadership teams, tackling complex business, people, and team challenges in a range of industries, functions, and companies such as Procter & Gamble, McKinsey & Company, TripAdvisor, Wayfair and Flexetail (a startup she successfully co-founded). She blends this corporate discipline and rigor with empathy, heart, and intuition honed as a certified yoga instructor, Reiki practitioner, and caregiver to her family, friends, and community. The latter has created valuable lessons that have profoundly shaped Lucia and helped her master her craft as a coach.

Lucia holds a MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management, holds a Georgetown University Executive Certificate in Leadership Coaching and is a Certified Coach from International Coach Federation. She received her BS in Business Management from Boston University.
