​​Kelsey’s journey began at Target Corporation, where she discovered her passion for leadership in Enterprise Strategy, Customer Insights, and Merchandising. After seven impactful years at Target, she consulted for Ernst & Young and Mondelēz International in talent management and organizational change. In 2015, she founded her own executive coaching firm. Additionally, she works with coaching consultant firms where she partners with Fortune 100 companies, startups, and senior executives across industries like banking, healthcare, and professional sports.

Kelsey is known for her vibrant energy and balanced approach to blending both nurturing support with direct feedback. As your executive coach, Kelsey aims to infuse fresh thinking into your leadership strategies and build trust within diverse teams. Kelsey holds a Master of Science in Learning & Organizational Change from Northwestern University, Evanston, IL and a Bachelor of Individualized Studies - Sociology, English, and Retail Merchandising from University of Minnesota.
