Kathryn pursued coaching in response to her own negative experience with a direct leader. Kathryn holds an MBA from Northwestern University, a Certificate in Executive and Organizational Coaching from Columbia University, a Certificate in Diversity and Inclusion from Cornell University, and a BS from Indiana University.
